1. Scope and operator
This policy applies to the Adept AI pre-release marketing website configured for adeptsi.cloud and its hosted preview. “Adept AI,” “we,” and “us” refer to the project operators responsible for reviewing website submissions. No registered company name, business address, privacy officer, or governing jurisdiction has been verified, so this policy does not invent one. You can contact the operators through the working website forms.
2. Information the website collects
The early-access form collects name, work email, optional company and role, proposed plan, required applications, a use-case description, optional marketing preference, submission time, and source page. The privacy-request form collects email, request type, optional details, status, and submission time. The security-report form collects contact email, report title, optional affected surface, technical details, status, and submission time.
These forms do not accept file uploads, passwords, API keys, desktop credentials, source repositories, product artifacts, payment information, or account sign-up. Please do not include sensitive personal data, confidential credentials, or unrelated third-party information in free-text fields.
3. Automatic technical information
The application itself does not add analytics, advertising pixels, fingerprinting, local storage, or nonessential cookies. Hosting and network providers may process request metadata—such as IP address, user agent, timestamps, requested URLs, and security events—in operational logs needed to deliver and protect the site. A privately shared preview may also use essential authentication or session cookies supplied by the hosting platform.
4. How information is used
- Review early-access fit, application requirements, and capacity needs.
- Respond to product, privacy, and responsible-security requests.
- Send product updates only when the separate optional marketing choice is selected.
- Protect the forms and troubleshoot delivery or storage failures.
- Establish, exercise, or defend legal rights where necessary.
Submitting an access request does not create an account, paid service, or entitlement to product access.
5. Storage, providers, and access
Form records are stored in a non-public Cloudflare D1 database connected to the hosted Site. The project uses OpenAI Sites for publishing and Cloudflare infrastructure for application delivery and database services. Authorized Adept AI operators and personnel supporting those platforms may access information when needed to operate, secure, or support the website. No public endpoint lists or retrieves submissions.
Information may be processed where these providers operate. We do not claim a specific data-residency region or encryption certification that has not been verified.
6. Retention and deletion
The current application does not enforce a fixed automatic deletion schedule. Records remain stored until an authorized operator deletes them because they are no longer needed or completes a verified deletion request, subject to any necessary security, dispute, or legal record. Hosting-provider logs follow the provider’s operational retention practices rather than an Adept AI application timer.
You can request access, correction, deletion, or objection through the privacy-request form. We may ask you to verify control of the submitted email before disclosing or deleting records.
7. Sharing
We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party behavioral advertising. Information may be shared with hosting and infrastructure providers described above, with professional advisers if engaged and necessary, in a business reorganization, or when required to protect rights, safety, and lawful process. The website does not send form data to AI model providers.
8. Future product data
The proposed Adept AI service may later process application credentials, uploaded artifacts, desktop screenshots, action traces, checkpoints, and retained environment state. This marketing website does not currently collect those categories. Any pilot must define its actual providers, access controls, retention, model processing, environment lifecycle, and deletion terms before those capabilities are offered.
9. Children and changes
The site is intended for professionals evaluating developer infrastructure, not children. We may update this policy as the implementation changes. Material changes will be published here with a revised effective date.
